Funds Solicitor

The Opportunity:
We are recruiting a Funds Solicitor with 4 years PQE to join a top-tier Asset Management and Investment Funds team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise leading global asset managers financial institutions and investment firms across a broad range of investment structures including UCITS ETFs private equity hedge funds and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on the structuring and regulation of investment funds (UCITS ETFs private equity hedge funds and more).
Manage fund-related transactions from start to finish.
Draft legal documents including fund constitutive documents and regulatory filings.
Provide compliance and regulatory guidance for ongoing fund operations.
Stay current with developments in Irish funds law and international regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

4 years PQE in investment funds law.
Strong technical knowledge of Irish funds law and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent drafting and transaction management skills.
Commercially minded with a client-focused approach.
Commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration.
