Child & Family Law Solicitor Cork 35 PQE
The Opportunity
We are working with a well-established Cork-based practice that is continuing to grow its highly regarded Child & Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a specialist department known for its advocacy client care and high-quality family law work.
The role offers hands-on responsibility regular court exposure and the chance to work closely with senior practitioners on complex and sensitive matters.

The Role
You will advise and represent clients across a broad range of child and family law matters including:
Childcare and child protection proceedings
District and Circuit Court advocacy
Family law litigation and advisory work
Working closely with clients through sensitive and complex cases
Managing files with a high level of autonomy while collaborating with senior colleagues
The Person
Qualified solicitor with 35 years PQE in child and family law
Strong advocacy and court experience
Confident managing your own caseload
Excellent communication drafting and client-care skills
Empathetic resilient and professional in approach
