About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citcos core business and ouralternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys mostrespected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions meansour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
- Responsible for monitoring client service profitability resourcing and address negative trends or unprofitable relationships.
- Perform periodic review of the service engagements support the operations group on complex issues and ensure familiarity with all aspects of the client account.
- Ensuring the client service strategy is aligned with the companys goals.
- Liaise internally with key business areas to ensure awareness of all service offerings and client engagements.
- Establish and maintaining key relationships across the company line of businesses and regions.
- Actively identify new areas of growth and pursue those opportunities.
- Drive the coordination of new client integrations and new launches for existing clients.
- Establish relationships with C-suite and other key contacts to understand their background and track record. Identify and build personal relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
- Organize and manage formal client meetings calls and onsite visits.
- Liaise with clients re reporting requirements and deadlines ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner.
- Train and supervise team members. Conduct performance evaluations. Develop adhere and maintain targets concerning staffing; production overtime budgeting and productivity.
- Negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLA) in line with the services agreement and coordinate with the relevant operation teams.
- Identify potential SLA breaches and coordinate the resolution with the operations teams.
- Monitor and manage key client metrics and identify scope drift and its impact on forecasted revenues.
- Prepare client KPIs for internal and external distribution. Monitor client KRIs identify high risk areas and establish remediation plans.
- Establish Risk Management Framework and Quality Control Review. Conduct frequent health checks to determine status of the relationship.
- Monitor (risk based) accuracy and operating effectiveness through the implementation of quality assurance testing and peer review programs.
- Participate in presentations to existing and prospective clients.
- Participate in and leading projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business.
QualificationsAbout You:
- Bachelor or master level degree or professional designation.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Financial Services preferably with exposure to Product Control Operations or Fund Accounting environments.
- 5 years experience managing staff - Proven Manager.
- Proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry.
- Business and Commercial Acumen.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong problem solving aptitude.
- Leadership strong networking skills Drive for Results.
