Job Summary
Banquets Server
As a Banquets Server you will help to create a special event our guests will remember. Your ability to work as a team player combined with your service skills and your engaging personality will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience.
This is a full-time seasonal position beginning December 2025 to May 2026.
Starting Rate of Pay: $18.10 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $19.80.
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet meetings
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists
- Have full knowledge of all menu items being served
- Follow outlet policies procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Qualifications :
- Serving It Right Certificate required
- Previous serving experience
- Must thrive under pressure and be knowledgeable in guest recovery
- Previous experience in Banquets is preferred
