Ingénieur amélioration continue

Role and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose industrial processes (production logistics maintenance quality) to identify sources of non-performance.
• Deploy the Lean Manufacturing approach: 5S SMED VSM Kanban TPM Kaizen etc.
• Lead continuous improvement projects in collaboration with production teams and support functions.
• Measure the impact of actions using performance indicators (OEE OTD PPM non-quality costs etc.).
• Facilitate problem-solving workshops (PDCA A3 8D Ishikawa).
• Participate in the standardization of practices and process documentation.
• Support change with field teams: training awareness-raising coaching.
• Contribute to the implementation of digital operational excellence tools (MES Power BI ERP etc.).
• Collaborate closely with the Quality Methods Maintenance and Engineering departments to ensure the consistency of improvement actions.
• Support management in defining and monitoring the sites overall performance plan.

• Piloter des chantiers damélioration continue en lien avec les équipes de production et les fonctions support.
• Mesurer limpact des actions à travers des indicateurs de performance (TRS OTD PPM coûts non qualité).
• Animer des ateliers de résolution de problèmes (PDCA A3 8D Ishikawa).
• Participer à la standardisation des pratiques et à la documentation des processus.
• Accompagner le changement auprès des équipes terrain : formation sensibilisation coaching.
• Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des outils digitaux dexcellence opérationnelle (MES Power BI ERP etc.).
• Collaborer étroitement avec les services Qualité Méthodes Maintenance et Ingénierie pour assurer la cohérence des actions damélioration.
• Soutenir la direction dans la définition et le suivi du plan de performance global du site.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

• Strong command of Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement tools and methods.
• Knowledge of aeronautical industrial processes (assembly machining integration maintenance).
• Good knowledge of project management and action plan management.
• Ability to analyze and leverage performance data (Excel Power BI Minitab etc.).
• Knowledge of aeronautical standards and requirements (EN9100 EASA Part 145 etc.).
• Analytical mindset and performance culture.
