Job Summary

Overview

Burlington Probation & Parole is seeking an administrative professional to work in our front office. We are looking for a candidate that is organized can multi-task and prioritize tasks. This position requires good customer service skills and can requires close attention to detail.


The ideal candidate would be able to work effectively as part of a team and also able to be a self starter. Experience with Microsoft Outlook excel and word is a plus as well as adobe.

Work is performed in a standard office setting.

Minimum Qualifications

High school graduation or equivalent and one (1) year of experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization

OR

One (1) year of College level study in accounting business or public administration office administration or a related field.

OR

One (1) year as an Administrative Services Technician III with the State of Vermont.

Preferred Qualifications

For some positions experience working with the VISION system (VISION is the State of Vermont PeopleSoft financial management system) may be required.
