Overview
Presbyterian is hiring a Business Continuity Analyst to manage strategic emergency and disaster communication plans develop messaging and communication strategies and disseminate information about policies and initiatives to the workforce administration and governance board. The role includes producing Business Resiliency standards procedures informative bulletins communication templates and event-specific communications lists. Responsibilities also involve administering monthly communications tests delivering training for new leaders monitoring GETS and WPS privileges offering technology support and providing recommendations to senior leadership. The position reports to the Director of Business Resiliency.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or experience in Emergency Management Communications Business Resiliency/Continuity or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to research and analyze social media platforms
- General knowledge of Business Continuity and Business Impact Analysis planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Emergency Management Communications Business Management or related field desired; or 6 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Preferred 3 years of experience in a combination of Emergency Management Business Resiliency Communications Risk Management Compliance and Information Security roles.
- Experience using Riskonnect Power BI Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Develop implement and maintain organizational policies and procedures related to the mass communication system and services business resiliency is responsible for.
- Facilitate and manage Riskonnect the secondary enterprise mass communications program through coordination with vendor(s) technology owners and organizational leaders.
- Develop and implement training for all levels of users and to ensure knowledge transfer familiarity and ease of use.
- Develop and maintain the user base consistent with organizational objectives and priorities.
- Responsible for sharing knowledge in information security standards and practices and with related federal state and local regulatory requirements with security associates and stakeholders.
- Formulate best practice processes and procedures based on regulatory compliance and organizational best practices for communications.
- Ability to develop long-range goals and strategies around incident management Business Resiliency threat intelligence and emergency communications.
- Develop regular reporting and metrics around all programs of responsibility to the Director of Business Resiliency.
- Input and maintain enterprise-wide Business Impact Analyst and Business continuity Program for Business Resiliency.
- Maintain and serve as the subject matter expert for the Riskonnect platform.
