Job Summary

Visas Global Products & Initiatives (GP&I) organization is responsible for Visas consumer payments product portfolio including products like Credit Debit Visa Flex Credential and Visa Payment Passkey. We are seeking a Senior Manager on the Strategy & Operations team who will play a critical role in enabling the GP&I organization to deliver against our 2030 goals.

This role will lead and support key strategic initiatives across consumer payments including but not limited to affluent e-commerce and executing on our Global Product Drop. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role working closely with partners across Product Strategy GTM and Regional teams.

Essential Functions

  • Lead or support high impact strategy projects and initiatives across GP&I such as Visas affluent strategy and ecommerce roadmap

  • Support end-to-end orchestration of Visas Global Product Drop including identifying products to feature creating external narratives building product demos & coordinating execution across Product Events Comms Marketing and Design

  • Structure and solve business problems collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders across regions and functions to advance initiatives and ensure alignment

  • Inform the development of unique creative and impactful products and solutions by integrating insights across Visas functional resources

  • Develop rigorous data-backed quantitative and qualitative analyses to ensure strategic and financial soundness of decisions and recommendations

  • Build strong relationships across product regional and cross-functional teams

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Background in management consulting product management investment banking or equivalent
  • Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments financial services or technology sectors is a plus
  • Ability to independently lead and manage complex cross-functional projects with proven leadership success over a wide variety of functional business problems
  • Superior strategic thinking analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor and attention to detail
  • Executive presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior stakeholders and external business partners
  • Self-starter team oriented collaborative diplomatic and flexible with excellent presentation skills including strong oral and writing capabilities
  • Passion for the payments industry and a desire to deliver impactful customer-centric products and solutions

Additional Information :

Work Authorization: Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 149800.00 to 217550.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
