Salary: 25322 - 25623 (pro rata for part time)
You will play a vital part in the young peoples experience at Benmore Outdoor Centre.
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Facilities &Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organised environment within residential settings. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services.
Experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
The role will suit a positive and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in performing their duties to a high standard and contributing to quality service delivery. We are seeking a team player who engages well with others is flexible and adaptable to service needs. Our Facilities &Housekeeping Assistant team provides a range of cleaning duties to ensure a safe clean and well presented environment for the groups and guests visiting our outdoor centre and associated self-catering properties.
Key duties are general housekeepingand deep cleaning tasks across an expansive site - you will need to be organised and work efficiently and safely within company policies seeking advice and guidance when necessary.

Primarily Monday to Friday working pattern including early start from 7.30am latest finish time 7.30pm. Exact start finish times are shift pattern dependant. Opportunity of additional hours at times to cover staff absence and service demands.
Due to the rural location personal transport is essential year round.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. Anunconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
