JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Special School District (SSD) vision impairment/blindness teacher you will support students with low vision or blindness and work collaboratively with an educational team to ensure each has access to an education program designed to help them excel to their greatest potential. Your expertise regular assessment and proven strategies will be relied upon as you champion equity and advocacy for the students you serve.AMissouri teaching certificate inVision Impairment/Blindness is required.

Experience & Education
- Bachelors degree required specialization in vision impairment/blindness preferred
- Classroom experience preferred
Certificates Licenses Registrations
- Missouri teaching certificate in Vision Impairment/Blindness required
Calendar
- 10-month school year (August to June) exact dates dependent on assigned location
