As an Associate Supervisor (Training) Production Management you will be trusted to work on assisting the supervisor in managing team members supporting daily operations and ensuring compliance with processes. You will lead production activities develop schedules allocate resources and ensure a safe work environment at ourManufacturing Facility in Houston TX!
In this role a typical day will include:
Ensure training system compliance with regulations standards and corporate/local guidelines.
Manage the day-to-day activities of the production area Training Coordinators.
Act as the production Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Learning Management System (LMS) Veeva.
Maintain the production teams LMS for assignments to learner roles and associated periodic reviews.
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain key performance metrics.
Resolve training deficiencies with corrective and preventive actions.
Support training needs and Training Coordinators across multiple shifts with flexible scheduling.
Responsible for creating and coordinating content creation for the production team as needed.
What Youll Bring to Alcon:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 9 yrs; Assoc.5 yrs; M.S.)
The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English

6 Months of Demonstrated Leadership
Work Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST
