The Plot Thickens: Job Description Account Manager

• Serve as the primary client liaison providing strategic communications counsel that aligns business goals with measurable outcomes while fostering trusted long-term partnerships.

• Build and nurture a strong network of media analyst and influencer contacts to amplify client visibility across key channels.

The Heros Background: Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Public Relations Advertising Marketing Integrated Communications Journalism Linguistics Public Affairs Economic or a related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience preferably within an agency environment
• Proven experience in media relations client servicing and project management
• Keen interest in technology-driven portfolios including fintech and corporate communications
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in other third language such as Japanese is an added advantage
• Strong passion for digital and social media communications with an understanding of evolving online landscapes
