Job Description

What You Will Do:

Keep our hotel cozy and comfortable by operating and maintaining boilers and HVAC systems.
Perform routine preventive maintenancethink of it as a wellness plan for our building.
Tackle work orders from guests and associates with a can-do attitude and a trusty toolbox.
Repair and maintain everything from pool filters to furnitureno two days are the same!
Support landscaping and groundskeeping efforts including snow shoveling leaf-blowing and everything in between.

What We Are Looking For:

3 years of HVAC or boiler experience because we need someone who knows their way around the hot and cold stuff.
First Class Engineers License (or ability to get it in 90 days) credentials that show youre serious about your craft.
Physically able to lift 50 lbs squat bend and stand for long periods its an active hands-on role.
Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays hospitality never sleeps and sometimes neither do we.
