Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative for a company located in Forest Park!

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

Proficient computer skills are required.
Proficient in Excel/Word.
Detail oriented.
Customer service oriented.
Logistics background is preferred.
Knowledge of 3PL is a plus.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Customer Service Representative:

Process orders/receipts.
Process cycle counts.
Distribute orders and assign inventory locations.
Import items and batch item update.
Report analysis.
Contact carriers and customers daily.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
