Chief of Staff Veterinarian Pittsfield MA
An established small animal practice in Pittsfield Massachusetts is seeking a Chief of Staff Veterinarian to lead a dedicated and collaborative medical team. This position is ideal for a motivated doctor who thrives on guiding others shaping hospital standards and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care. The role blends hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities offering the opportunity to mentor veterinarians enhance team performance and drive high-quality outcomes for patients and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities
Provide medical leadership and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Mentor and support veterinarians and staff through collaboration feedback and professional development.
Oversee medical standards protocols and workflows to maintain consistent quality across all cases.
Foster a positive team-oriented environment that encourages growth communication and accountability.
Partner with management to support hospital operations efficiency and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree.
Eligible for veterinary licensure in Massachusetts.
Proven clinical experience with leadership or mentoring background preferred.
Excellent interpersonal problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
