Your mission

Join our close-knit early-stage distributed team where we tackle exciting technical challenges and create transformative crypto products that give people peace of mind. As one of the engineers youll play a key role in scaling our backend systems and take direct ownership of high-impact product and engineering goals.

Role-specific

• 5 years of professional (non-internship) experience as a backend engineer preferably in the data engineering or crypto/finance domain. Experience in crypto is strongly preferred.

• Have strong CS fundamentals including algorithms data structures system design and distributed systems. Deep knowledge of backend technologies including databases orchestrators messaging systems data pipelines and more.

• Write high-quality code value software testing and uphold best practices in engineering security and design.

• Experience designing scaling and maintaining production systems ideally within high-growth or early-stage environments. or drawn to high growth stage startups.

• Strong fundamentals with a cloud platform like GCP or AWS

• Able to work effectively in a remote setting and able to overlap with our core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT / 12 - 3pm EST
