The FLEX Sr. Manager Lock Security & Stabilization Package is a key member of the Global Operations (GO) department. This role will support the global deployment of the 2025 Lock Security and Stabilization Package (Lock Package) a critical component of our Digital and Technology Transformation (DTT) initiatives. This role will focus on prioritizing the Lock Package project technical sustainment managing large business processes and/or projects setting priorities and IT objectives monitoring and reporting on the process progress and results; typically influencing work of cross-functional or extended teams. This role requires technical and operational expertise to guide decision-making and problem-solving across all components of the lock system (software and hardware) as well as the hotel tech ecosystem. The Flex Sr. Manager will also be required to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups (internal and external) to ensure the project stays on track towards the committed timelines.
This role will also support the development and implementation of a sustainable process for ongoing annual lock system software updates post-2025. This role will ensure there is internal and external coordination to identify and resolve roadblocks while maintaining timeline commitments to ensure seamless transition of process at the end of the year.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
5 years of operations and/or business management experience
Acumen and user experience with technology
Experience coordinating efforts of multiple external providers of technology products and services
Passionate about their craft/area of specialization
Preferred
Hotel operations experience
Expertise in one of the following design areas: managing multi-brand platforms client support vendor management account management skills or project management skills
Able to listen and incorporate new information and viewpoints.
Equipped with strong presentation verbal and written skills; attention to detail
Be self-directed to influence and collaborate across multiple areas of the organization while creatively maximizing resource utilization
Comfortable in a deadline-driven environment often with changing business priorities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously develops estimates and manages to a budget
Ability to benchmark other business to identify effective technologies processes design innovations and trends
Forward thinker able to push products and service to enhance/drive a positive customer experience.
Demonstrated collaborative skills with ability to work with cross functional teams
