Job Summary

THE POSITION

As a Program Manager on the Strategic Operations team you will lead high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive operational scalability launch readiness and continuous improvement across the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of key business rhythms supporting the External Affairs & Partnerships team.

This includes developing and operationalizing strategic initiatives such as new market expansion enhancing cross-functional coordination and improving process this role you will align people processes and priorities to maximize organizational impact while ensuring seamless execution of critical programs.

The position offers broad visibility across the company and plays a pivotal role in shaping how operations scale effectively and efficiently to support business growth.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Strategize implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives in the areas of Growth and Market Expansion
  • Work closely with the Director of Strategic Operations and cross-functional teams to develop the scope deliverables required resources work plan KPIs and timing for projects and program initiatives
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal efficiency and efficacy and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
  • Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction quality and performance
  • As necessary develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Work with project team and other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
  • Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and senior stakeholders

THE STATS
What were looking for in our next teammate

  • 5 years of consulting and/or strategy experience in management consulting corporate strategy program management or a similar strategic/PMO role with proven ability to craft strategy build executive presentations and engage senior stakeholders. Ideally experience from a top consulting firm.
  • 3 years of operational experience within an operating business environment (e.g. technology company startup or equivalent) demonstrating strong execution and project leadership.
  • Blend of strategic and executional skills with the ability to translate complex strategies into actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized and adaptable comfortable operating in a fast-paced ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and levels of seniority.
  • Interest in technology sports and gaming and/or corporate strategy with the ability to quickly build a deep understanding of the industry and organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership and time management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

The applicable salary range for this position is $112000 - $140000 USD which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience location business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical vision and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation including but not limited to cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
