Job Summary

Requirements:

Any College Degree is required
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team handling insurance services/financial/banking account (Global Support BPO or Shared Services)
Metrics/KPIs: Preferably with experience handling/monitoring metrics e.g. CSAT NPS AHT FCR
