We are seeking a Service Engineer who is passionate about technology thrives in a customer-facing role and is excited to make a difference in the lives of patients and healthcare professionals. We are hiring Service Engineers for the East Region:
- 2 positions in Kolkata
- 1 position in Assam (Sibsagar)
- 1 position in Dhaka Bangladesh
Responsibilities
- Independently troubleshoot and repair medical equipment with precision and professionalism
- Complete routine maintenance and calibration on primary and secondary modalities
- Assist in installations and upgrades of Elekta equipment
- Analyze blueprints schematics and wiring diagrams to guide repairs
- Instruct customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation (service reports expense reports etc.)
- Manage parts inventory and contribute to part sales where applicable
- Act as a true ambassador of the Elekta brand upholding company values and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Electronics or related field.
- 38 years of field service experience preferably in the medical device industry.
- Strong electro-mechanical skills and hands-on experience with tools like oscilloscopes and multi-meters.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Organized self-motivated and able to manage your schedule and reports.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment safely.
- Willingness to travel based on business needs.
