Part Time 22.5 Hours

The role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Theatre Administrative Assistant to support the clinical teams and theatre activity.

Shift Patterns:

Shifts are flexible with no set days and will be between the days of Monday - Friday.

Times - 7am until 3pm 3 x days per week

We would also require some flexibility to cover annual leave when required which would mean a 5 day week from time to time.

What youll bring with you:

• Experience within a customer service environment

• PC literate particularly word and excel

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels (face to face/telephone/writing)

• Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team

• Able to organize own workload and to accommodate changing deadlines & self motivated

• Reliable and punctual

• Good organisational skills and presentation skills
