Job Title: Revit CAD Technician
Location: Nottingham
Salary: 30000 - 40000 per annum

We are currently seeking a Revit CAD Technician to join an established building services consultancy based in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in MEP design and coordination to further develop their career in a dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality Revit and CAD drawings for mechanical electrical and public health (MEP) systems.
Work closely with design engineers to develop accurate 3D models and detailed construction documentation.
Assist in the coordination of services within complex building structures.
Maintain drawing standards templates and documentation in line with company procedures.
Support project teams in delivering design packages on time and to specification.

Requirements:

23 years of experience working as a CAD or Revit Technician within an MEP environment.
Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Understanding of MEP building services design and coordination principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
