Head of Growth, Product Development Products

Datadog is known for helping the worlds largest companies monitor and secure their cloud infrastructure. Some of our most exciting new products Product Development Suite (Feature Flags Experimentation Product Analytics and more) require a different kind of growth playbook.

Were hiring a Head of Growth to build and run this motion. This is an entrepreneurial role inside a global leader: youll own the strategy run channel experiments generate qualified PLG signups and drive enterprise pipeline for product development products. Youll partner across product sales and marketing while coordinating a pod of resources and scale the team as the motion proves out.

What Youll Do

• Own the growth strategy for the Product Development Suite building and tracking pipeline from a combination of top of funnel and sales enablement strategies
• Designexecute and report on channel experiments to drive qualified PLG signups and enterprise sales pipeline
• Coordinate a cross-functional pod with resources across demand gen product marketing performance content and field marketing
• Build a repeatable GTM playbook that balances PLG motions with enterprise sales motions
• Partner with Product and Sales leadership to translate pipeline into ARR
• Report on performance learnings and iteration across channels
• Scale the function over time hiring dedicated resources where needed

Who You Are

• Experienced in PLG and devtools GTM with a track record of growing adoption and pipeline for technical products
• Comfortable with both early product GTM and enterprise sales motions
• Strategic yet hands-on: you can design experiments run them and double down on what works
• Familiar with the competitive and adjacent landscape
• Skilled at cross-functional collaboration in a large organization with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by experimentation
