About the Role:
As an Administration Officer in our busy Emergency Department you will be the first point of contact for patients visitors and staff. This front-line role involves delivering high-quality customer service in person and over the phone managing switchboard communications and supporting the department with administrative tasks.
Youll work closely with a supportive team including the Patient Services Manager Team Leader and Emergency Department administration staff.
This is a permanent part-time position with primarily 5 and 6 hour evening shifts (16:0022:00 and 18:3000:00) on a 7-day rotating roster.
