Job Summary
Club Pilates a national leader in luxury fitness is looking for an amazing Studio Manager to join our team at our Jordan Creek studio in West Des Moines Iowa! The candidate we are seeking is sales driven and motivated to lead our studio to success!
POSITION:This will be a full-time position overseeing front desk sales and membership operations as well as lead sales at all studio Intro classes. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.
REQUIREMENTS:
2 years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience with previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Front Desk employees.
Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships private training and retail.
Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills both in-person and over the phone.
Must be solution-based and results oriented competitive spirit!
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement and positive demeanor.
An affinity and passion for fitness.
Professional writing and grammar skills.
Highly organized proficient in data management ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Professional punctual and reliable with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers members and the general public.
Proficiency with computers and Studio software (ClubReady).

DUTIES:
Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes via phone contact
Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking
Membership and retail sales
Assist/manage staff schedule
Supervise Front Desk Sales Staff
Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
Enforce studio policies and procedures
Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
Any other duties as assigned

This position offers a very competitive base rate plus opportunity for commissions and bonus if all goals are met
