Parts Advisor / Supervisor
Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm
Basic Salary 32000 OTE 37000
Manufacturer Training and Development
Main Dealer Environment - No Weekends
Ashford Area
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a respected main dealer supporting a busy aftersales department catering for around nine technicians. This is a great chance to work with a leading brand earning a competitive salary and bonus all within a friendly supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting technicians and front-of-house staff with accurate and timely parts supply
- Managing stock levels ordering and returns in line with manufacturer processes
- Maintaining accurate records through the DMS and manufacturer systems
- Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Working closely with the service team to ensure efficient workshop flow
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor role
- Strong knowledge of dealer DMS and manufacturer systems desirable
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive approach and ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary: up to 32000
- Bonus: averaging 5000
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:30pm
- Benefits: strong brand backing manufacturer training excellent earning potential
