About this Role

Are you a confident communicator with a flair for building relationships At Dawsongroup bus and coach were looking for an Internal Sales Executive to help identify and secure new business across our fleet of buses coaches minibuses and specialist vehicles. Youll play a key part in growing our national customer base while supporting our Area Sales and Account Managers.

  • Develop and convert leads using our CRM system.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Support head office campaigns and follow up on incoming enquiries.
  • Set appointments for the field sales team and contribute to sales targets.
  • Work closely with the Service Delivery Team to maximise rental opportunities.

About You

Youll be someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys making meaningful connections. With previous B2B internal sales experience you know how to spot opportunities and deliver results with integrity and enthusiasm.

  • Confident and persuasive communicator.
  • Experienced in using CRM systems.
  • Comfortable managing multiple leads and priorities.
  • Motivated by achieving targets and building relationships.
  • Eager to learn grow and contribute to a supportive collaborative team.
