A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Head of Psychology to join a successful Ofsted Good secondary school in Kings Lynn. This role offers the chance to lead a thriving department and deliver exceptional teaching across KS4KS5 inspiring students to explore human behaviour and cognitive science.
The Psychology Department has a record of strong A-Level results and high student uptake. The successful candidate will lead curriculum development promote evidence-based teaching and foster analytical and research skills among students.

Requirements:
- QTS and a degree in Psychology or a related Social Science discipline
- Experience teaching Psychology at KS5 and achieving excellent results
