About the Role
This full-time permanent position offers the opportunity to teach Food Preparation and Nutrition across KS3KS5 inspiring students to develop both practical cooking ability and a deep understanding of nutrition sustainability and cultural diversity in food.
The department features modern purpose-built teaching kitchens each equipped with demonstration stations digital screens and high-quality resources that enable interactive and creative learning.
You will also:
Plan engaging hands-on lessons that promote healthy eating and practical life skills
Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Food Preparation and Nutrition examinations
Lead extracurricular activities such as cookery clubs and charity bake events
Collaborate with colleagues to promote cross-curricular links with Health & PE and Science

Experience and Qualifications
