- Plan deliver and assess engaging and challenging lessons for Year 5 pupils
- Create a positive classroom culture where all children feel safe motivated and inspired to learn
- Use formative and summative assessments to track progress and inform teaching
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils including those with additional needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues support staff and parents to enhance pupil outcomes
- Contribute to the wider life of the school including clubs events and enrichment activities
