Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced VIP manager for the Italian speaking market who absolutely LOVES working within the iGaming industry engaging with players and who is extremely results-oriented.
Being a native Italian speaker is a requirement for this role as you will be chatting with VIPs creating promotions and handling phone calls. Therefore your communication skills must be top-notch.
Basic salary from 26-42K comprehensive bonus scheme of up to 5K/month if you hit your KPIs! The role is office-bound in Limassol Cyprus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with VIP clients via chat email and phone
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP client
- Assess and resolve clients issue
- Meet VIP players for streamed and live event
- Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performanc
- Meet or exceed KPI target
- Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Native in Italian
- Native / C2 level communication-skills in written Italian
- Fluent communication skills in English both written and spoken
- 2 years proven track record of working with B2C VIP management within igaming / online casino operations
- Experience of working also with Sportsbook players would be an asset
- Previous experience of working with VIP players on the Italian market in igaming is a non-negotiable requirement and the basic salary will reflect experience
About this role
- Office-based in Limassol (no remote flexibility only late shifts can be worked from home)
- Up to 42K gross starting salary
- Comprehensive bonus scheme of up to 5000/month !!!
- No night shifts
- Shifts are scheduled between 09:00 and 02:00
- Late shifts can be worked from home

- You can earn more than 100K in this job incl bonuses!!!
