Role Overview
We are looking for a results-focused Senior CRO Specialist who can improve client listings through continuous testing and creative optimization.
Youll be responsible for improving conversion rates across all of our clients Amazon listingsanalyzing performance data testing creative assets (titles images A content pricing) and driving measurable improvements in revenue and customer engagement. Youll work directly with our designer who will create all the needed test images.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon CRO end-to-end for all clients.
- Build and maintain a rolling 8-week test calendar across all ASINs.
- Coordinate with design team for any upcoming experiment image needs.
- Audit and optimize product listings to maximize CVR and ROAS.
- Develop and execute A/B tests on images titles bullets and pricing.
- Collaborate with creative and PPC teams to align CRO insights with ad strategy.
- Analyze CTR CVR and session metrics from Brand Analytics and Experiments.
- Check experiment dashboards for alerts check live listings for variant display issues.
- Create CRO performance reports for clients in Slack.
Qualifications
- 5 years of CRO experience
- 3 years of Amazon Seller Central experience
- Must have a strong portfolio of CRO image and copy tests (showing before/after and KPIs)
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
- Familiarity with tools like Amazon Manage Your Experiments DataDive or Helium10
- Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
