Our design-driven cabins and tiny houses near Berlin offer guests an escape from routine and a chance to slow down surrounded by forests lakes and quiet.

Now were looking for a creative Videographer to join our team full-time and help bring our story to life through video: from brand films and social media clips to travel guides and storytelling content.

Tasks

JOB INTRO:

As our full-time Videographer you will be responsible for planning shooting and editing video content that captures the Offgrid experience nature design and mindful living.

Youll work closely with our marketing and content team to create visual stories for our social channels website and brand campaigns.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE

• Plan shoot and edit video content for social media (Instagram TikTok YouTube) the Offgrid website newsletters and brand campaigns.
• Film on location at our Offgrid cabins and partner sites.
• Edit video content: organize and select footage color grade sound design add music and text overlays and export in multiple formats.
• Develop and pitch creative ideas for travel guides brand stories behind-the-scenes content and nature-inspired videos.
• Maintain an organized library of raw and edited footage.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure content reflects the Offgrid brand aesthetic and storytelling tone.

Requirements

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• 24 years of experience in videography and editing ideally in lifestyle travel hospitality or social media content.
• Highly experienced in latest video editing post producting color-grading software.
• Strong sense for composition light pacing and storytelling.
• Comfortable working independently and managing projects from concept to delivery.
• A passion for nature travel design and storytelling.
• Based in or near Berlin/Brandenburg.
• Fluent in English
• German a plus but not required.
• Valid drivers license (mandatory) youll need to travel to our cabin locations regularly for shoots.
