Your responsibilities will include
- Building relationships with new and existing B2B clients
- Acquiring new clients and maintaining existing client partnerships
- Representing company at trade fairs and scientific conferences
- Developing and implementing the sales strategy
- Identifying potential opportunitieswhich aligns with the companies objectives and goals
- Organizing and maintaining up-to-date internal knowledge about clients and current projects
- Monitoring market conducting competitive analysis providing sales report to management and collaborating with the marketing team
- Tracking and analyzing sales metrics using quantitative data and preparing and monitoring the sales department budget
Your profile
- Degree in natural sciences with basic knowledge of biostatistics & data science
- Several years of successful experience in sales of products / services
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with CRM tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Very good English skills German is an advantage
