Employment Type: PRN
Pay Rate: $28 - $33 per hour; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available:
- 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents/patients in accordance with facility policies standards of practice and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor and document patient status vital signs and responses to treatment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Support patients with daily living activities such as hygiene mobility and nutrition.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members patients and families.
- Ensure compliance with infection control safety and confidentiality policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
- CPR/BLS certification (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
