Job Summary

Job Title: IT Support Manager (Desktop Network VTC ServiceNow Executive Support HIPAA)

Location: Brooklyn NY (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification:

  • Strong technical experience in end-user desktop troubleshooting maintenance and support.
  • Skilled in organization-wide PC laptop network and printer/peripheral troubleshooting and support operations.
  • Proficient in using ticket management and IT service management tools (e.g. ITSM ServiceNow) to track prioritize and resolve technical issues.
  • Experienced in supporting troubleshooting and operating video teleconferencing systems and equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite Windows Desktop Operating Systems and related productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage IT operations independently supporting all technical aspects for environments serving 75 users.
  • Knowledgeable in data confidentiality and compliance standards including HIPAA HITECH and IRS Publication 1075 requirements.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality in-person technical support to executive-level users and administrative staff in customer-focused environments.
  • Adept at managing prioritizing and resolving multiple support requests under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Experienced in providing user support for internet-based teleconferencing platforms such as WebEx Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
