Job Summary

Responsibilities

Set up and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC mills
Read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
Inspect and verify part quality to tight tolerances - Sometimes down to .0001
Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve machining processes
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety regulations

Skills

Proficient in basic math for precise measurements and calculations
Proficient in the use of calipers and other precision measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Forklift operation experience is a plus

Qualifications

3 years of CNC machining experience
Familiarity with HAAS 3- and 5-axis machines
Experience with Mastercam is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for compliance with ITAR regulations)
