Duration: At least 3 Years from projected start date
100% remote approximately 10 hours per week for at least 3 years. Must be available Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am-6pm CST.

Position Description and Job Skill Set
- The State of Mississippi Division of Medicaid (DOM) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified professional entities to provide an Assistant Database Administrative/Worksite Specialist. This specialist will assist DOM with iManage Services.
- The resource will be required to execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with DOM. This contract will be a three (3) year contract with an option for two 1-year renewals.

| Experience working with and supporting Worksite routine maintenance and upgrades | 6 Years |
| Experience working with and supporting Teleforms | 5 Years |
| Experience developing and delivering Worksite/Teleform/APA technology training across a diverse group of users both one- on-one and in classroom setting | 5 Years |
| Experience designing installing creating and maintaining databases | 4 Years |
| Experience monitoring databases and application backups to ensure recoverability | 2 Years |
| Experience providing Worksite/Database technical assistance and subject matter expertise to agency users as requested | 2 Years |
| Experience working alongside Network operations team to troubleshoot Worksite issues | 2 Years |
| Experience working alongside Database Administrator to optimize databases for efficiency and performance | 2 Years |
| Experience migrating legacy SQL applications | 2 Years |
| Experience and familiarity with web-based software architecture | 2 Years |
Preferred/Not Required
- Ability to create and publish workflow forms and electric workflow processes to reduce paper dependency.
- Ability to create and customize forms fro scanning and data capture. Individual(s) proposed must have the following business skillsets
