Job Description:

We are seeking a senior-level professional to act as Program Manager for our client.
This individual will represent the client across Customer Success Services (CSS) Consulting and Support organizations ensuring strong client relationships successful cloud adoption and overall account satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have executive presence strong relationship management skills and deep Oracle Cloud (ERP HCM SCM Finance) knowledge to guide client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client-facing executive representing client across CSS MCS and Support teams.
Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with client business and IT executives.
Drive client satisfaction adoption and business outcomes through proactive engagement and governance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Consulting Support Technical Account Managers) to ensure delivery success.
Guide client stakeholders on Cloud best practices across HCM SCM and Finance.
Represent the clients interests putting client success before internal priorities.
Manage escalations executive communications and ongoing account governance.
