Introduction
POSITION: Customer Care Manager (12months contract)
REPORTS TO: Head of Customer Care
INDUSTRY: Automotive Industry
SALARIES: Up to R35k p/m
AREA: East Rand Gauteng

Duties & Responsibilities
- Improve customer service experience create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Develop service procedures policies and standards
- Recruit mentor and develop customer service agents
- Manage and Adhere to the approved budget
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
Desired Experience & Qualification
- University Degree
- Willing to travel
- Minimum of 5 years experience
Package & Remuneration
