Our client a leading private hospital in Queenstown is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager to take charge of both the Intensive Care and Renal Units ensuring clinical excellence staff management and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about high-acuity care team leadership and driving continuous improvement in a critical care environment.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

Relevant nursing degree or diploma
Registration with SANC
Post-basic qualification in Critical Care Nursing essential
Proven experience and knowledge in Renal Nursing highly advantageous
2-5 years managerial or supervisory experience in a private hospital
Strong leadership financial management and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
