Our client a global AI Talent Development Company is seeking a progressiveMarketing Technology Specialist to join their growing team. The purpose of this role wiil be tobridgethe gap between marketing strategy and technical execution ensuring that digital marketing tools platforms and analytics systems are effectively implemented maintained and optimised. This role combines marketing insight with technical expertise to manage MarTech systems drive data-informed campaigns and support seamless marketing automation workflows.
This is a critical role for a tech-savvy problem solver and systems thinker who can integrate platforms optimize processes and support strategic marketing initiatives at scale.
The duties of this position entail:
MarTech System Management
Configure and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Mailchimp Marketo).
Maintain CRM integrations lead scoring models and campaign tagging structures.
Set up and optimize tools such as Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
Marketing Automation & Campaign Support
Build and optimize email workflows landing pages and nurture campaigns.
Ensure seamless data flow between web forms email systems CRMs and analytics dashboards.
Test troubleshoot and monitor marketing automation programs for performance and accuracy.
Data & Insights
Track KPIs maintain performance dashboards and support attribution reporting.
Provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and funnel conversions.
Monitor campaign health and recommend technical improvements.
Platform Integration & Quality Assurance
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate marketing tools into the broader tech stack.
Test and validate cross-platform data connections (e.g. website LMS CRM webinar platforms).
Maintain documentation of system configurations data flows and campaign specifications.
Collaboration & Enablement
Partner with marketers designers and content teams to enable successful campaign launches.
Provide cross-team training on MarTech tools and best practices.
Stay current with MarTech trends and recommend new tools or strategies.
In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
Matric
3 years of experience with marketing technology tools and platforms.
Proficiency in at least one marketing automation tool (e.g. HubSpot ActiveCampaign).
Experience with analytics and data tracking tools (GA4 GTM UTM management).
Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management segmentation and tagging logic.
Ability to work across CRM CMS webinar and analytics platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates and landing page adjustments.
Experience supporting e-learning SaaS or coaching platforms.
Knowledge of platform integrations using Zapier Salesforce or Segment.
Interest in behavioral data user journeys and personalization at scale
