Our client a respected name in private healthcare is seeking an experienced and driven Unit Manager to lead the Emergency Department of their hospital in Harrismith. This is a vital leadership role focused on delivering high-quality patient care enhancing operational efficiency and supporting clinical excellence in a high-pressure environment.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- SANC Registered
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing
- Post Graduate Diploma in Emergency Nursing
- Relevant experience in Emergency or Casualty units required
- Clinical leadership experience required; 3 years in a managerial role advantageous
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Knowledge of billing processes and procedures
- Stock management experience essential; SAP experience beneficial
- Strong organisational leadership and communication skills
