Our client is a leading supply chain company in Vietnam who is looking for experienced talent to join their firm.
Identify and acquire new clients primarily targeting local Vietnamese businesses.
Focus sales efforts on ocean freight forwarding services.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients ensuring advantageous outcomes for the company.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments to address and fulfill client requirements.
Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with current clients while continuously expanding the customer base to drive incremental sales based on seniority.
Engage in sales activities including preparing quotations conducting cold calls and emails and distributing market intelligence reports on a daily basis.
Support the Section Leader in formulating and enhancing sales marketing and customer service strategies to boost sales performance and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher.
At least 7 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Prior experience in ocean freight is highly preferred.
Proficiency in English and Chinese; fluency in spoken Chinese is a strong advantage.
Strong commercial insight and business awareness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients carriers and team members.
Open-minded proactive work approach.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
