Job Summary

Job Title: IP Operations Specialist/ManagerLocation: NoidaWork from homeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IP Operations Specialist/Manager to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patent-related processes data management and team leadership. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our IP operations.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end IDS preparation filing packages and other paralegal tasks related to patent  formal documents including assignments declarations and  and maintain patent databases for searching and  and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and  quality audits to ensure adherence to standards and identify areas for  and train new team members providing guidance and  with clients (internal and external) to address inquiries and provide  update and maintain data extracted from various sources.Qualifications:4 years of experience in IP operations or a related  understanding of patent prosecution processes and  in patent searching and  with various patent databases and software (e.g. Memotech FoundationIP Salesforce/Novum First to File).Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal  ability to manage and train  problem-solving and time-management ’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Applications Science or Engineering preferred).Bonus Points:Experience with building and implementing tools for patent reference  coordinating with international law firms.Personal Attributes (Desired):Resourceful and innovative approach to  and adaptable to changing  and  to thrive in a fast-paced  to continuous learning and improvement
