Support and Coordinate the Incident Management Process within Banking Operations Division including:
- Collect incidents from internal stakeholders
- Lead the analysis and the definition of preventive measures
- Analyze investigate root cause and identify remedial actions
- Manage communication with internal stakeholders
- Manage the communication with client
- Supervise the implementation of the identified remediation actions
Manage the internal and client reporting including:
- Collect and verify data with the business areas
- Produce weekly/monthly reporting
- Produce internal KPI reports
Support the Banking Operations Risk Management Team in all its activities BAUs including ad-hoc projects
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the banking/financial industry with proven expertise in Back Office processes
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk and incident management principles
- Flexibility and sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- High result- and client-orientation
- Fluent English
