*Job Summary*
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 years of experience in sales within the NBFC or Banking sector. The role involves acquiring new customers promoting financial products/services and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
*Responsibilities*
* Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales cold calling and lead generation.
* Promote and sell financial products such as loans credit cards deposits insurance or investment products (as applicable).
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
* Conduct customer needs assessments and provide appropriate financial solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM or reporting tools.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer applications and post-sales support.
* Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and regulatory guidelines
*Salary Range: *25k - 30k*
