Description

ALEX Alternative Experts is seeking an experienced Program Manager and Alternate Program Manager to lead a high-visibility federal initiative focused on strategic oversight personnel management and performance excellence. This role involves coordinating with government stakeholders ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and driving operational success across multiple functional areas. The Program Manager will be responsible for staffing onboarding reporting and maintaining continuity of service while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage performance across multiple functional areas.
  • Oversee staffing plans recruitment efforts onboarding and performance reporting.
  • Ensure timely hiring and compliance with vacancy reporting requirements.
  • Conduct semiannual performance reviews and post-award conferences.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training in alignment with DHA requirements.
  • Serve as the key liaison with government stakeholders and ensure smooth communication.
  • Monitor and report on security clearance status and CAC processing.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and DoD security protocols.
  • Submit monthly staffing reports and updates on recruitment status.
Requirements
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Federal acquisition and contract administration.
  • Strategic planning and performance oversight.
  • Excellent communication and coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience supporting federal programs and working with government clients.
  • Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and pass a background investigation.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in a business field.
  • Minimum 5 years managing direct reports and multiple functional areas.
