What Youll Be Doing:

Train and mentor apprentice diesel techs
Oversee shop operations and maximize team productivity
Collaborate with Service Writers to schedule and assign work
Assist with diagnostics and repairs
Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
Manage shop supplies and parts coordination
Support performance reviews and tool maintenance
