A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape including therapeutic areas regulatory frameworks pricing strategies and distribution channels is essential to drive impactful business development outcomes.

- BDMetricsManagement:OverseeBDperformancemetricsbothleadingandlaggingtomonitorthesuccessofbusinessoriginationandexecution.
- Data-DrivenInsights:LeverageanalyticstoolstostructureandvisualizedatageneratingactionableinsightsforBDdecision-making.
- BDFunnelSupport:Provideend-to-endsupportacrosstheBDlifecycleincludingoriginationpitchdevelopment(presentationdeck)andexecution.
- ProposalProjectManagement:Overseeduediligence(DD)RequestforProposal(RFP).
- Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:Serve as the key interface between BD Ops Country BD teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive aligned consistent execution. Partner with Commercial Medical Regulatory Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and alignmen.
- Ad-Hoc Analytical and Project Support:Providetargetedsupportonspecifictaskssuchasmarketanalysiscompetitorbenchmarkingcommercialpartnershipbriefsandotherbusiness-criticaldeliverablesasrequired.

Education
- Minimum5-7yearsofprofessionalexperienceinthepharmaceuticalhealthcareorrelatedindustry.
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Life Sciences Pharmacy Engineering or a related field. A Masters Degree (MBA or equivalent) in a related discipline would be preferred
- Priorexperienceinasalesmarketingorfinancerolewithinapharmaceuticalcompanyisrequired.
- Exposuretobusinessdevelopmentcommercialoperationsoralliancemanagementisanadvantage.
- Experiencecollaboratingacrossfunctionsand/ormarketstodeliveroncommercialobjectives.
